KIDS CAMP

​

 

For 4 days we would like to take the load off of parents and cut down on children's screen time while focusing on physical fitness, bully proof tactics, safe social interaction and arts and crafts to take home. Also being located so close to the water we have plenty of games and activities at the beach park planned. We have helped hundreds of children over the past 10 years to increase their self-confidence, focus, discipline and social behavior in our safe and comfortable private facility hosted by our experienced instructors.

Activities include: 

 

- Kickboxing/Jiu Jitsu and Anti Bully Strategies

- Balance, Strength and Conditioning, Stretching

- Obstacle Course

- Tug of War, Games 

- Colouring, Painting and Drawing

- Arts and Crafts

- Walk to the Beach and Park Playground

- Tag

- Soccer

- Snack Break

- Lunch Break

- Share Circle

- Twister

- Scavenger Hunt on Beach

- Prizes

For people choosing half days we do the games/activities and Beach Park in the mornings and martial arts in the afternoons.
